Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription and/or token-gated access. By purchasing a subscription or redeeming a promotional code, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees at the rates and intervals disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the start of the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not revoke access already granted for the current billing period.

Digital Services & Refund Policy

The Service provides immediate access to digital tools, analytics, and AI-generated outputs. Because access is granted instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Change of mind after purchase
• Non-usage during the billing period
• Market conditions, token price movement, or narrative changes
• Personal expectations differing from the Service’s stated functionality
• Feature updates, improvements, or changes during beta or ongoing development

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for unused time or unused features.

Waiver of Cooling-Off Rights

By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate access to digital services and acknowledge that you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Promotional Access & Beta Features

Promotional codes, discounts, beta access, or free trials may be offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Promotional access has no cash value and is not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law or in cases of verified billing errors, at our sole discretion. Issuing a refund in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in the future.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that violate this policy or these Terms.

Changes to Pricing & Features

We may update pricing, subscription tiers, or features from time to time. Changes apply to future billing periods unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that results, analytics, and AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute financial advice. The Service is provided “as-is” and may evolve over time.
