What is Cogni ($COG)?

Cogni is an intelligence-first, token-gated crypto SaaS platform. You stake $COG to unlock tiers and daily limits, and subscriptions activate higher limits and advanced tooling.

What does “token-gated” mean?

Token-gated means features and limits are restricted based on your staked amount / tier. It helps reduce spam and keeps the ecosystem high-signal.

Staking & tiers

Is this APY staking?

No. The staking model is pure utility gating. You stake to unlock access and limits, not to earn emissions.

Why is there a 72-hour unstake cooldown?

Cooldown discourages short-term “stake → farm → dump” behavior and stabilizes access. You can request unstake anytime; completion unlocks after 72 hours.

Subscriptions & billing

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are paid in USDC through Unlock Protocol. They activate higher throughput and premium tool access. The checkout opens in a modal (not a redirect).

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

What if I don’t use the tools?

Access remains active for the full billing period regardless of usage.

Are promo codes or beta access refundable?

No. Promotional and beta access have no cash value and are not refundable.

Tools & safety

What tools does Cogni offer?

Core modules include token scanning, security checks, on-chain KPI bundles, and AI synthesis. Additional tooling (alerts, deeper feeds, automation) expands by tier and roadmap.

Are security checks guaranteed?

No. Security checks are signals. Cogni pairs them with on-chain context and AI explanation to help you make better decisions, but there are no guarantees in crypto.
